Chef Nikki will create a bespoke five-course menu based on your preferences and dietary requirements. She uses the flavours and seasonal ingredients to create delicious food that we know you and your guests will love.  

Open the door, pop the cork and welcome people to your space without the need to find the nibbles, check the oven, watch the time.  Chef Nikki and her team prepare, cook, plate and serve a five-star experience in your own home and we leave your kitchen as we found it.

We take care of everything. All you need to do is relax, enjoy the company and the incredible flavours of Nikki’s culinary experience and expertise.  Whether it’s a dinner party, intimate wedding, corporate dinner or milestone event we bring great food and luxury directly to you. It’s like being a guest at your own party.

Chef Nikki loves New Zealand produce and is very conscious of where all her ingredients come from.   Her preference is to use food that’s been ethically sourced and produced and much of that is right here in Taupo.  Chef Nikki’s menus are created with the best fresh, seasonal produce in mind and as sourced as locally as possible, some ingredients are grown in her own backyard.

If the idea of having a personal chef for the evening isn’t your style, Chef Nikki will prepare and cook a five-course meal for you and your guests while you can have the pleasure of serving a professionally designed meal from beginning to flavoursome end. 

All Wild Roots meals are boxed up and 90% complete, ready with simple instructions for you to warm up or just plate up and serve. There is a range of menus to choose from, but equally we’re absolutely happy to work with your preferences and alter dishes to suit individual taste or dietary needs. We deliver to your address in and around Taupo. If you’re here on holiday, this might be the perfect option.
